Residents pictured stealing gravel meant for road construction

A Nigerian man and Twitter user @QibaiQuala, took to the platform to share a photo of residents of an undisclosed area, stealing gravel meant for road construction.

Sharing the photos, he tweeted;

“Road construction in Progress. Communities are busy stealing the gravel.”
