.Institutes N5bn Suit Against Information Minister
The United States visa of the Chairman of Daar Communications and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Raymond Dokpesi’s has been revoked.
This is owing to the appearance of Dokpesi's name on the looters' list made public by the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN).
The development which was made public by Dokpesi therefore maintained that a N5bn suit has been initiated against the Information Minister, Lai Mohammed before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory.
Dokpesi is making the claim over the allegation of the defamation of his character.
