Actress Chita Agwu Johnson has asked people to stop encouraging ''terrorists'' claiming to be beggars.

 

According to the actress, these beggars harass people when they refuse to give them money by pouring soap and water on the driver's window side. She described their actions as harassment adding that people need to stop encouraging them.
